Introducing Your Ultimate Coaches
Finding the right student trainers to take up the role of Ultimate Coaches, has been my biggest challenge. In order for anyone to qualify as my coaches, and in making this step forward, to provide real-time coaches for you, I formulated a few certain criteria that they needed to have under their belt;
- Firstly, the main thing to becoming a Coach of mine is that you must have studied my Real Estate Success training and education methods thoroughly.
- And secondly, you have to have been proven successful in implementing my training in your own life with positive results.
- Then thirdly (and more importantly), you have to be well on the road becoming a Real Estate millionaire in your own right.
This is the new level of coaching that I can now bring to my community and its members. Please respect their time as they are here to help you and support you, but they’re not a lonely-hearts club. You can email them, phone them and speak to them about any challenge you are having in Real Estate investing.
That’s right… They’re available to support and help you through your Ultimate Real Estate Success Coaching experience and there’s no cost for this, it’s free for my students. They also have a strong presence in the Ultimate Members Only Facebook Group and on the Forum, where they help our ILRE community grow and move forward in leaps and bounds.
I don’t want to set too many rules as they are here to help and support you, but the privileges of having Full Time Coaches should not be abused. They will of course be busy in the next couple of days as I’m sure many of you would like to take advantage of this brand-new coaching support. So please email them first and be patient. They will do their best to get back to you if you don’t get a response immediately.
Also, whilst your Ultimate Coaches are extremely experienced, don’t expect them to be Tax Lawyers or Asset Protection experts. They are coaches, and they will help you through most issues, however I’ve trained them to not give you personal financial advise which would compromise their role based on professional compliance requirements, this is why we have our Professional Team.

Welcome to the Ultimate Real Estate Success Coaching Program.
This program will really help you to acheive your Real Estate Investing goals and we’ll help you clarify and understand Dymphna’s education so it works for you as well as it has worked for us.
The program is designed to get you educated through the quickest and most logical way. Go to the WELCOME tab and commence your training by selecting getting started Part 1 .Complete ALL steps (no skipping or going out of order) When you have completed these it is preferable to attend a boot camp to consolidate your training and to experience the energy that these events create. You will have chance to network with other students and may even meet a future Joint Venture partner! Returning from the bootcamp you should continue by accessing getting started Part 2 to fully complete this section.
During our time of being Ultimate Coaches over the last 4 years, we have probably answered well in excess of 5000 emails and or phone calls from students just like yourself. Some of these questions have been asked quite regularly, so in order to efficiently handle this we captured the most common Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) and provided written answers for each of these questions. These are located in the FAQ’s section of the website and you can find this under the SUPPORT tab.
Please take some time to look over this section as it will certainly save you a lot of time by providing an immediate answer to your most common questions.

Michael May – Ultimate Real Estate Success Coach
Michael’s upbringing was like a lot of Asian families, his parents were happy to sacrifice their life so long as their children got a good education and move into a good career. Being the eldest son, Michael’s mother had high expectations to do well in school and get into the Medical Profession.
He ended up becoming a Radiation Therapist, however life was not as rosy as what he had envisioned. The most he could see himself achieving, was to retire with perhaps a passable superannuation and hopefully not need the pension.
He was disillusioned about life being just being about work… he wanted so much more, he wanted to live a life with purpose and meaning.
And so he started his searching for a path that would offer something more… He read Self Development books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Giant Within, Think and Grow Rich, The Science of Getting Rich and many others.
Then Michael took action, and paid to become a Mortgage Broker, but ended up losing over $40,000 to a guy who wasn’t even qualified…
He was broke, unemployed with nothing to his name.
This was the time when he first learnt about Dymphna, and attended a 2 Day Live Event run by Knowledge Source where the seed was planted.
Due to his low situation he couldn’t start, but decided to attend a follow up event a couple months later, with $20 lunch money given by his girl friend. He managed to convinced his girlfriend to lend her credit card to pay for Dymphna’s Real Estate Success Program, and this was the action that started his real steps towards change.
With No Job and No Deposit, and not able to get a loan, plus a $5000 debt, he had to make the education work. And using what he learn’t from Dymphna, got himself Market Ready by getting a job, which passed all the requirements needed by the bank.
In just a few short years he was able to accumulate a portfolio of 7 properties, and is well on his way to replacing his needed income.
The Ultimate Real Estate Program has changed his life by allowing him to get into property which he otherwise would never have been able to.
Now, he is in transition, on the way to becoming financially free, and on the right track to achieve it very soon. He is also fortunate to have the opportunity to not only share his story, but use his experience to help other students achieve their own investing goals.
We are very happy to have him as a resource for all Ultimate and Quantum students.
