FAQ 3 How can I get the feasibility software

Note that the feasibility study software is NOT DOWNLOADED and it is not automatically supplied to you when you become an Ultimate member – it is requested by emailing ( see email address on the INTRODUCTION video aOR at the bottom of this instruction.

THIS SOFTWARE IS INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR ULTIMATE/QUANTUM/PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE

YOU WILL BE SENT THE SOFTWARE ON A USB STICK TO THE POSTAL ADDRESS THAT YOU SUPPLY.

NOTE! The software is designed to run natively on Windows PC’s and not Apple products.

Be aware that like any software program you will be required to put in some time to learn how to drive it properly. Do not expect to become an expert in a few minutes. All skills come as a result of patience continued effort. Please DO take the time out to learn how to use this great program. The effort expended will reap fantastic results!

EXAMPLES SERVE NO USEFUL PURPOSE AS EVERY FEASIBILITY IS SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT.

In order to use this software you will first have to go on a gathering exercise ( due diligence) . You will need to collect the figures to fill in the various boxes contained within the software. There is no shortcut to this exercise. There are no generic figures that can be used – each deal will have differing figures. Use the software as a guide to the questions that you will have to ask. You may have to obtain these figures from several sources.

For those students who wish to do a quick reverse feasibility study for the purpose of establishing an offer price we have produced a spreadsheet located under the DOWNLOADS Section. It is titled REVERSE FEASIBILITY.

NOTE that this is a very rough and ready tool which is NOT intended to replace the full feasibility study. Feasibility studies can be complex and involve many different elements of expense, tax and costs. Not including all of these can render the output useless.
