Induction Webinars
Your Induction Webinar series is conducted early in the program to provide a massive kick-start. It comprises of two webinars, each approximately 2-3 hours long.
The First Webinar kick-starts the process of identifying your Target Strategy, identifying your Target Locations, and finding deals using a very systematic method.
The Second Webinar follows on from the first, and details the process of conducting individual property Due Diligence on potential deals, and the art of completing Feasibilities and Reverse Feasibilities to guide the decision making process.
In the Induction Webinar series, several sources of heatmap / thematic maps are provided.
