These calls run all year and take place on Wednesday at 19:00 AEST Each week there will be a different topic and presenter. Consult the schedule located under the 2017 Training Schedule for details.

How to research the Real Estate market to find Hot Deals.
This will be run by the in-house experts at Investar and they will alternate between finding discount property, positive cash flow deals, manufactured growth opportunities and development/subdivision deals.
New Member Induction and Orientation.
This call is specifically for New Members to fast track them into their membership. We cover off on what to expect, online members area orientation, access to the professionals, boot camps and webinars. Plus any questions you might have about your membership; anything at all.
The Ultimate Real Estate Professionals Round Table
On this call you get access to our Team of Professionals. The facilitation for this call will rotate between Pacific Law, Wizdom Loans and Wizdom Accounting. This is a big body of work. We’ll be covering off on asset protection, structuring, tax, finance… It’s massive for your education.
Open Coaching Q&A
You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about property investing across any topic that is of interest to you, anything you’re working on right now or anything you’re having a challenge with. These calls will be conducted by our Head Coaches, who have been students of Dymphna for almost 10 years and are bonafide Real Estate Millionaires in their own right. Not many other programs can boast about that fact.
