There is often a need to \’park\’ funds which come from the sale of a property or even a windfall due to inheriting money from a will.
Where to put these funds is the big question.
The answer depends on what the future use of the money is.
If the future use is Private then set up an OFFSET account against the PPR mortgage
If the future use is Investment then pay down most PPR debt and then get either a REDRAW or LINE OF CREDIT to use for investing.
