FAQ 50 Where can I find a booklet for renovating on the website?

There is no booklet on renovation on the website.

There is however an extensive checklist available  at the rear of the 3 day bootcamp manual in appendix 6.

The process is not that complex.
1) Establish the mean market value for the type of property to be renovated. Do not
try to sell the finished product at more than 10% above this value.
2) Decide how much profit that is required to be made on the deal.
3) Do a rough reverse feasibity allowing 5% of the buy price for a cosmetic Reno and more
for a more extensive Reno.
4) Make a budget and stick to it.
