If the student wishes to then go ahead but please remember that it will be an untested unsupported structure.

Is it really important to own \’Home Brewed\’ structure to be tested in the future and found wanting? When questions arise about it\’s workings and possible shortcomings where will support come from?

Stick with the recommended methods to be safe.

Please resist the urge to alter the recommended trust structure setup. It has been developed by Dymphna to provide the best asset protection at optimum cost. Alteration of the structure will generate an uncertain outcome.
