FAQ 88 Can I use an online provider for my Trustee/Trust setup

There are many services provided online, one of which is the setup of a Trustee company and a Trust deed.

While the setup of a Trustee company is relatively straightforward, it is important from a legal perspective that rules are followed and that the operation is overlooked by someone with legal training ( a lawyer)

Both the Trustee company documents and Trust deeds contain wording which are essential to the correct operation of the owning entity. With the wrong wording the entity may be worthless.

The recommendation is to have these setup by someone who is qualified and can confirm that the documents comply with legal standards.
