FAQ 110 What numbers do I need to gather for investment potential

When considering the investment potential of a property the most important information
needed to be gathered are the answers to to a list of questions that will enable the investor
to assess how it will perform.

Investment property will be chosen to fulfill a primary role as specified by a written investment
plan ie. EQUITY or INCOME generation.

The list attached when completely answered will allow the EQUITY and INCOME potential to be
examined and a decision made.
