Renovation – March 2026

[PA] Platinum Mastermind – March Update from Dymphna

With February done, and the new format with significant changes coming to the Platinum program now underway. We now focus on the first strategy for the Platinum year – Renovations.

Here’s the summary of the key points:

1. The Focus: Renovations 2.0

  • The Topic: This month’s core training is centered on Renovations.

  • Fresh Approach: Dymphna mentions that this isn’t “the same old” renovation training. It has been redesigned to be more interactive, engaging, and—dare we say—fun.

2. A Brand New “Mastermind” Format

  • Peer-to-Peer Learning: The meetings are moving toward a Mastermind format. Instead of just listening to a coach, students will be actively sharing their own successes and the difficulties they’re currently facing.

  • Crowdsourced Wisdom: Dymphna has collated “fantastic tips” from students across the country and will be sharing this collective intelligence with the group.

3. Updated Training Materials

  • New Content: Dymphna has completely redone the pre-monthly training video/webinar.

  • Watch Your Inbox: This new video will be sent out shortly (either with the current email or the next one) so Platinums can prep before the live get-together.

4. Dymphna’s Presence

  • “Around the Traps”: Dymphna plans to spread herself around the various locations this month, so there’s a high chance students will see her in person at the different state meetings.

The Big “Ah-Ha”: The shift to a Mastermind format signals that the Platinum community’s collective experience is now considered as valuable as the core curriculum. It’s about leveraging the “group mind” of the Platinums.

Hello Platinum Family,

Welcome to the next step of our 2026 journey. Following on from February, where we got our goals and direction sorted, it’s time to shift gears into our first powerful tool in our kit: Renovations.

Platinum is always a process of evolution, and I want to keep speaking to you directly about how we’re approaching the year ahead. This program has always been about building capable, self-directed investors who can think clearly and act deliberately. What we are refining now is the “Mastermind” approach—moving away from just sitting and listening, and moving toward meaningful discussions, and an emphasis on workshopping interaction and execution.

I’ve recorded a short video for you to introduce March’s focus and to explain how we’re going to tackle Renovations in this new format. I really encourage you to watch it so you can hear the context and the “why” behind the changes directly from me.

Watch my March Renovation message here (Scroll Up to Review)

* NOTE – Please watch this before attending your March Monthly Meeting, and you’ll need to log onto the MOW to view it.

March Focus — Renovation

March is about Renovation. We aren’t just talking about “paint and carpet” here; we’re talking about forced appreciation and how to use renovations as a strategic lever to hit those 2026 goals we just set.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Identify the “Profit-Drivers”: Knowing which changes actually add value and which ones are just “ego” spends.
  • Mastermind the Hurdles: Sharing the real-world difficulties and successes we’re seeing “around the traps” right now.
  • Speed & Momentum: How to get in, get it done, and get out (or get it rented) to keep your capital moving.

 March Monthly Meeting — Preparation

To get the most out of our new Mastermind format, please come prepared. We want to spend the time solving problems and sharpening strategies, not just reviewing slides.

Before your meeting, please ensure you have:

  1. Watched my March Message (link above).
  2. Watched the New Pre-Monthly Training Webinar: I’ve redone this specifically for the new 2.0 format. It’s on the MOW now—get stuck into it early (link is below).
  3. Considered your “Renovations Lens”: * What renovation opportunities are you currently looking at?
    • Where are you getting stuck (trades, permits, costs)?
    • What “tip” or win have you had recently that the rest of the family could benefit from?

Write your thoughts down and bring your workbook. We’re going to be much more interactive this month, so I want you ready to engage and share.

It’s time to take that foundation we built in February and start layering on the manufactured growth. I can’t wait to see the momentum you’re building.
