Your Action Steps:
Real Estate Investing is a people activity. You need to be out there talking to people so the following tasks are designed to encourage you to do that!

  • Ring your bank or lending institution and ask what your current Interest Rate is.
  • Download the Workbook from Step 7 – How To Find A Deal and answer the questions on the workbook, such as considering your timeframe, examine your risk profile and consider the type of strategy that is suitable to your situation.
  • Start getting your paperwork organised. Get some shoe boxes or organisers to separate your paperwork. Have one for Personal, Work Related, Business/Company Related and one Trust Related. Just put all your paper work in the right compartment and start to work on them each week. If you are able to, then you can always get a bookkeeper to assist you.
  • Go online such as GumTree, AirTasker or other website to find your local bookkeeper, give them a call to get a quote on how much it will cost to help you organise your paperwork.
