When considering first home owner grants we have to remember that each State manages this uniquely for that State. Conditions of the grant apply only to that state and these conditions can and do change over time. In order to understand the rules for your applicable state you must contact the authorities IN THAT STATE to establish what those rules are.
The best way to discover which Authority manages the FIRST HOME OWNER GRANT ( FHOG) is to use GOOGLE with the search < FIRST HOME OWNER GRANT XXXX> where XXXX is the state ie NSW, QLD, WA ……. etc.
