I can’t seem to watch the webinar – it keeps cutting out at around 18mins in… not sure if it is the webinar or my computer.
Great spreadsheet, however can we have an unprotected version? The sheet, as it is currently formatted, runs over 6 pages….
If not, could it be reformatted by the original creator so that it fits on 1 A4 page and all the long text boxes are ‘wrapped’ and then resaved to the above link?

The spreadsheet doesn’t seem to have space to list other liabilities. ie. List your car value as an asset but no place to attach the loan still outstanding. No space for other loans other than property.

Good point. Try entering the car loan in one of the property liability spaces. The figures should still work OK. The whole purpose of the spreadsheet is so that you can arrive at the starting figures that you need to put together your ACTION PLAN.
These figures are AVAILABLE WORKING EQUITY and LOAN CAPACITY.
Knowing these figures you will then establish which is weaker.
