- How does the structuring work, when it comes to JV’s and what must be looked at and set-up prior to entering into any JV deal.
- Plus the approach to take when it comes to equal or varying contributions.
- Michael and Brad then go into how to approach owners for potential deals including right down to examples of letter they use.
