The ILRE19 Super Conference it’s the I Love Real Estate community’s party of the year celebrating success
Session 1 – Day One
- What a huge kick off for the I Love Real Estate Party of the Year!!!
- Jon Giann ignited the hundreds of students and got the energy and magic started with a standing ovation for Dymphna Boholt as she graced the stage.
- Dymphna in her true fashion gets straight into the best opportunities for coming year, 2020
Session 2 – Day One
- Truly inspiring for those students who never speak on-stage to hold captive the whole room as they share their Success Story’s.
Session 3 – Day One
- Dymphna brings BMT Quantity Surveyors to talk about all the different types of depreciation that is available to you to Maximise Your Tax Savings
- WiZDOM Strategists gives case studies of savings students can potentially make on their loans by exploring Reprice, Restructure and Refinance
- Dymphna brings Kevin Doodney onboard to talk about the wonderful things the Pay It Forward Contestants are doing
Session 4 – Day One
- Success Story – Finalist Jordan and Alex share their story on how without a plan they made some mistakes but was able to turn it around when they focused on educating themselves properly
- Success Story – Finalist Shane and Sharon share their story on how Shane being divorced and with a few emotional baggage was able to do some very hard developments
- Success Story – Susan who was originally from South Africa immigrated to Australia with not a lot of money to start and progress to a stage where she could do some huge developments
Session 5 – Day Two
- Success Story – Sanders who left Zimbabwe and his family behind to seek a better life. With only $50 and working multiple jobs so that he could afford to live, Sanders was able to build a successful portfolio and bring his family to Australia
- Success Story – Val and Peter share their story they were already investing in property before Dymphna, however since joining and becoming Platinum Students they were able to fast track towards their goals
- Success Story – Sergio and Charity started with the wrong investment decisions, losing money in failed business ventures, long working hours and living from pay check to pay check. Since joining Quantum the purchase Commercial Investments giving them huge returns
Session 6 – Day Two
- Dymphna brings on the Platinum Coaches to share new and innovative ideas and materials that are being used in Construction
- Key efficient considerations when building to maximise cost savings and time efficiency
- Creating “WOW” Factors that improve value of your property without huge expenses
Session 7 – Day Two
- Troy from RAW Impact was invited share his story of what their charity group is doing in Cambodia
- There are many villages and places in Cambodia that doesn’t have proper housing or road access, often taking them many hours to traverse short distances
- Platinum Students are invited to travel to Cambodia to experience what the Cambodians are experiencing as well as building new homes for them
Session 8 – Day Two
- Success Story – Dee shares her story of working long hours, up to 5 jobs in order to pay her negative geared properties. Since joining Platinum she was able to become a Self-Funded Retiree and help others along the way
- Success Story – Shiral and his family share their amazing journey of working long hours and getting the right education to become hugely successful Real Estate Investors
- Success Story – Kelly didn’t have a lot of money to start her journey, but with resilience and hard work she was able to create a great result for herself since joining ILRE and Platinum
Session 9 – Day Three
- Dymphna brings in a very special and most entertaining Economist you’ll ever meet – Simon Kuestenmacher
- You’ll learn current trends and data of the Australia Market
Session 10 – Day Three
- The Platinum Coaches shares the Platinum Journey and key secrets that helps students succeed
- A Big Finish to an exciting and action packed 3 days find out in this session as to who wins the Success Stories!
- Lots of stories shared, lots of emotions, lots of smiles, lots of laugh and tears. No matter the starting point, the Success Stories have shown time and time again taking action changes lives.
