Konichiwa!

Regarding tonight’s conference call, I’m away traveling in Japan of all places… I know I met many of you last week at my seminar, and come the weekend I’m in Tokyo!

What’s that got to do with you and tonight’s conference call?

Well, because I was afraid of not being able to connect into the conference line from my location, I pre-recorded a call before I left to make sure that you don’t miss out tonight.

So there wont be the regular 8pm call as we normally do, you’ve got a night off.

You can listen to the pre-recorded conference call that I’ve done for you right now or when you’re free later on in the day.

Whilst I’ve got you here, the call that I’ve done has been off the back of numerous requests to deal with capital gain issues and GST implications, especially for development projects.

I know that many of you may not be in this advanced position with your portfolios, however it’s still very valuable information that you need to know before you start the more lucrative areas of manufactured growth using development strategies.

Enjoy the call, I’ll be back in the country tomorrow and preparing for my first bootcamp this week in Sydney which I’m really looking forward to.
