It has been great to have a break over the Christmas and New Year period, I hope all of you are refreshed and have huge expectation for what 2008 will bring you.

I have to admit that I am feeling really relaxed at the moment and catching up on lots of sleep… But I am also excited about getting back in to it.

A couple of days ago, I did an audio recording that I think you will find very valuable. It is designed to put you in to the right mindset for 2008, as well as my view on the property market and the current interest rate cycle… Plus a lot of other stuff as well.

While I have got you here, I would like also to mention the next 3-Day event is on the 4th, 5th and 6th of April in Sydney. Originally we set the weekend prior, however we had to change it due to suitable venue requirements.

I will also lay out a schedule for the conference calls very soon on the online calendar. I am going to do a bonus call this month, which will be a Q&A call, I will let you know the exact date in a couple of days.
