Dymphna – Create The Dream Life Style You Want in 2026 – 21st Jan 2026

In this first Weekly Wednesday webinar of 2026, I Love Real Estate Founder Dymphna Boholt, sets the tone for the year with a powerful message: choose a guiding theme, get brutally clear on what mattered in 2025, and back your 2026 goals with real commitment not wishful thinking.

The session is interactive, reflective, and highly practical, blending mindset, strategy discipline and upcoming program updates from I Love Real Estate.

Here’s what you’ll learn from this webinar:

Create a “guiding theme” for 2026 (your decision-making filter)
The central framework is simple: pick one word (or feeling) that becomes your “guiding light” for the year, something you can run every decision through. Members shared themes like transformation, clarity, focus, and action, and discussed how a single theme cuts noise, reduces distraction, and keeps you moving forward with intent.

Review 2025 properly using 5 reflective questions
Before setting 2026 goals, the group works through a structured reflection: biggest wins, biggest challenges, opportunities missed (and what caused the hesitation), lessons learned, and the 80/20 of what created the most joy/growth/success. The goal is to extract truth, not just memories, so your 2026 plan is built on what actually works for you.

“Speak your truth” and trust your intuition (so you stop missing opportunities)
A major insight is that many missed opportunities come from hesitation — second-guessing, staying quiet, delaying action or ignoring gut instinct. The discussion encourages members to recognise those moments in real time, communicate more directly and act sooner when something feels clearly “off” or clearly “right.”

Commitment is the multiplier (and why “almost committing” trains failure)
The session shifts from inspiration to accountability: it’s not enough to set goals—you must commit in a way that changes behaviour. Dymphna explains how breaking commitments (even small ones) undermines trust in yourself and creates inconsistency that spills into bigger goals. She links this to the reticular activating system (RAS) — the brain’s filtering mechanism — arguing that inconsistent follow-through confuses what your mind should prioritise and notice.

The Tendai “marathon monks” story: extreme commitment, distilled into usable principles
To make commitment unforgettable, Dymphna shares the story of the Tendai monks and their seven-year challenge (often described as an ultra-endurance spiritual pilgrimage). The point isn’t to be extreme, it’s to learn the mechanics of follow-through: clarity of vow, structured routine, ritualised habits and community/accountability. Then she translates it into investor terms: written commitments, deal-analysis structure, time-blocking and building a support system that keeps you on track.

Turn your theme into “non-negotiables” (and decide what you will NOT do)
Members are prompted to write down two things:

  • What I commit to (with specificity—timeframes, deal targets, weekly actions)
  • What I will not do (chase shiny objects, jump strategies, stall in fear, break routine)
The aim is to stop “renegotiating” with yourself every time boredom, doubt, or distraction appears, because consistency is where results come from.

Community energy + real action: members share 2026 words and concrete targets
A strong part of the webinar is the live sharing: attendees nominate their theme words and attach commitments like completing current deals, allocating weekly hours to learning, finishing renovations by a deadline, doing one deal per quarter or setting profit targets. This turns the session into a public accountability moment where intention becomes action.

What’s coming up: Momentum dates, Ultimate Bootcamps and Platinum updates
The final segment covers what’s ahead and what’s changing. Dymphna shares upcoming Momentum dates and explains the redesigned Ultimate Real Estate Mastery Bootcamp pathway that includes structured pre-bootcamp Professionals Foundation evening sessions, plus a live follow-up night after the event, so attendees don’t leave fired up but unsupported.

By the end of this webinar, you’ll have a clear personal framework for 2026: a single guiding theme, a sharper understanding of what worked (and didn’t) in 2025 and a commitment model you can apply directly to property goals — supported by structure, routine and accountability rather than motivation alone.
