FAQ 87 How can you assist me as my coach?

Here is a run down of how we can interact with you.

What we DONT DO

OUR ROLE DOES NOT EXTEND TO STUDENT ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BOOKINGS, CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, SUPPLYING VENUE DETAILS AND SO ON. THESE ARE PROVIDED BY KNOWLEDGE SOURCE.

WE DO NOT REPLACE THE FUNCTIONS OF PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS TOWN PLANNERS, ARCHITECTS, DESIGNERS, BUILDERS, ACCOUNTANTS, LAWYERS, FINANCE ADVISORS, LOAN AND INSURANCE BROKERS ETC.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE GUIDANCE OR SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS SET UPS OR THE RUNNING OF BUSINESSES.

What we DO 

As coaches our role is to guide students through the Ultimate education program and by providing additional clarification remove any obstacles which prevent a student progressing in their studies.

The course is self paced  and  self study so it does require discipline to read through all of the training material and take appropriate action when tasked. Skipping of steps should be avoided at all costs as this may lead to misunderstanding of later steps. Incomplete education through rushing or simply not covering any of the steps will always disadvantage  a student down the track.

Do not be tempted to rush into research or solution mode at this early stage of your training. You will need all of the training at your fingertips  to eventually develop your own way forward. If you have previously invested without having any education you will know the perils of ‘winging it’ and avoid going down this path again

The ultimate course is split into 3 components

1) Pre bootcamp learning GETTING STARTED PT 1 steps

2) Bootcamp Attendance ( LIVE or VIRTUAL)

3) Post bootcamp learning GETTING STARTED PT 2 steps

Pre bootcamp attendance

Students should try to complete getting stated pt1 steps prior to attending bootcamp. Don’t worry though if this has not been completed by the date of the bootcamp. Just recommence and complete any incomplete steps after your bootcamp event.

Post bootcamp attendance

At this stage the student will have attended the bootcamp or at least completed a virtual event and will be aware for the need for having a written set of long term goals AND and a written financial investment plan which, when actioned correctly, will move tem towards achieving their long term goals.They will also have obtained the results of a Finance Strategy Review (FSR)undertaken as one of the GETTING STARTED steps and of course completed all steps in Parts 1 & 2 of the getting started section. It is important that these steps are fully completed and understood before commencing an investment journey. If the student wishes to contact us by email or phone then this is OK, however our initial questions will involve asking about both the student written long term goals and accompanying investment plans together with the results of their FSR so that we can get a better picture of current thinking and planning.

As much as we would like to be able to provide details of trades or professions, it is impractical as we do not have local knowledge about all of the areas that exist within Australia. It is better that a post be placed on the forum so that local members who do have that insight can help.

We are able to look over student  feasibility studies but cannot vouch for the accuracy of the results as we have no knowledge of the due diligence performed. We can comment only on the completeness of your feasibility – not the content.

We are able to discuss your activities and projects with a view to you getting a wider appreciation, however all decisions made should be based on your own thorough due diligence. You must own your decisions.

Our main role is to provide moral support through our own experience and other students we have had contact with. Investing can have its tough moments and we fully understand this.

With questions about tax or accounting it is best that this is addressed by your accountant. Legal matters are best discussed with a lawyer.

We  refrain from providing opinions about future performance of property markets, properties or other people\’s products.
