Day One, 1st Session

What a huge kick off for the I Love Real Estate Party of the Year!!!

Jon Giann ignited the hundreds of students and got the energy and magic started with a standing ovation for Dymphna Boholt as she graced the stage.

Dymphna in her true fashion gets straight into the reason into why we are all here… Property Investing and she shares her best recommended strategies for 2017!

 

Day One, 2nd Session

Susan is the 1st Success Story Finalists to share her life changing story and it’s no surprise why she was one of the prize winners

Then Eric who overcame a shocking medical emergency with his new born baby and continued on despite this to create millions

Jays made some incredible returns from last year and has continued to push forward as a mum on a mission creating $450K equity in just 18 months

Truly inspiring for someone who never speaks on-stage to hold captive the whole room, so when Kevin Doodney introduces Mr X who revealed himself as the founder of Super Cheap Auto and Ray’s Outdoors along with others, he did just that. He then went on to share his story of how he created a business empire which generated $140M last year alone. How Kevin convinced Reg to do this we still don’t know…

Josh and Kara won the most popular votes out of 190 entrants and they are only just getting started with $65K Cash-flow in only 10 months

Corina was already in the finalists with $300K profit, when she put another deal together the night before! Wow!

Ian brings the Angel Investor, Andrew up to share his heartwarming story of tying investing in with helping others

Tamara and Jason needed to borrow money from parents and have now created over $400k equity and $16K Cash-flow!

Jason and Mary did just one deal to replace his income and made $800K increased equity

 

Day Two, 2nd Session

Brad is the one person who has excelled on the world stage for fitness and health within our ILRE Community. He takes this session to go behind the myths and share his many years of research and more importantly practice in good food, great fitness and fantastic finances.

Understanding why people do and don’t change is analysed step by step so as to impart his specific Peak Performance Model he uses fro himself and his students. He then shares an amazing success from student and wrap up with an intensive guided meditation you just need to experience undistracted.

 

Day Two, 3rd Session

World Class Negotiator, Dennis Hall has flown in especially for this event at Dymphna’s request because of the importance of every students needing to have a thorough understanding of how to negotiate.

From training your perceptions to listening for understanding, the Rules of Engagement are laid bare by Dennis. Make sure you check this session out, especially before you get into your next deal.

 

Day Two, 4th Session

More fantastic success stories starting with Ramesh and Indu who lost so much after the Christchurch earthquakes and now they’ve done 4 deals with an increase of equity of almost $700 when complete!

Roger started off with negative 34K and bought 1st property with only $7K and now has $57K positive income with a Net Worth up to $2.1M

Shakira and Paul are a young couple who made mistakes like most students and were down to $200 in the account and had to loan to get started! It’s taken them only 2 years to make $424K Tax Free and estimated $375K on the next one!

Richard went from only $9 per hour to 10 properties and he got the girl. A truly inspirational story of how he turned around his situation and was totally motivated by his love for getting back the girl, and now he has even more!

Kevin Doodney is one of the most knowledgeable Real Estate Agents in Australia who has a fascinating insight into knowing yourself which he ties in with knowing your property. Gain the viewpoint of a master of his craft in property as Kevin goes through example after example of how he solves property problems and was the person who created the Property Games with Dymphna.

Jason and Amy are Dymphna’s students who started from only a $77K deal 7 years ago, and now have multi-million dollar developments which creates profits of over $1M each year. Their insights and learnings are so convincing that you can do it too. Especially with the Tips for women developers as well.

 

Day Three, 1st Session

Chief Economist, Jason Anderson is one of the most requested sessions by students. Why? because he has the insights into forward planning and economic outlooks for the whole country. He is also the go-to person for large banks and corporations, which is why understanding this information is detrimental to your own investing success.

 

Day Three, 2nd Session

One of the most common thought of ways to create profit from Real Estate is through Renovation. Nadia and Steve Hart take you through each stage of the process with their immense experience from doing so many Renos, such as Finding the Deal, How to Cost your Renovation and of course the Biggest Bang for your Buck. You don’t need to be scared of renos if you’ve got the info from someone with experience and Hart to Hart delivers this.

 

Day Three, 3rd Session

18 months ago Kevin and Dymphna personally mentored 5, 18-22 years over a year and a half, to see what they could achieve, and this session is their moment of truth.

There was a standing ovation, and not a dry eye in the house when brothers Jayden and Murray, Sammantha, Emma, Jack and Naomi shared their journey over the last 18 months. With some profits above $240K and others having life transformations, this is what we have all been waiting for and the ‘kids’ have been changed forever.
