Feasibility studies are the back bone to a deal.
Calculating the numbers is an unemotional exercise that must be practiced, implemented and referred to on a frequent basis.
The hardest feasibility that you will ever complete will be your first. It requires close attention to detail along with commitment and hard work in getting the numbers right.
Once the feasibility is complete, it will assist and support you in making specific decisions relating to the project.
