Welcome to Nicolle Beer’s Money Mind Mastery Session

I acknowledge, understand and agree that:
(a) my participation in this training is of my own free will and I accept complete responsibility for my well-being at all times;
(b) although this training may raise emotional issues, it is not intended to provide a therapeutic environment or be a substitute for ongoing counselling or psychotherapy. Any unresolved issues which may surface, and which may warrant further counselling are my own responsibility and will be at my own expense;
(c) any recorded or written material included as part of this training is confidential and forms part of the intellectual property of Nicolle Beer. It may not be used without prior written permission from the owner;
(d) I will keep all information shared by others whether sensitive or otherwise, confidential at all times and, acknowledge that if I choose to share any information, it is shared with the knowledge that others have also committed to keep this information confidential;
(e) if I (and/or any other person participating in this program), behave or speak in a way that is outside the bounds of reasonable, responsible and respectful behaviour, that I (and/or they), may be respectfully and firmly asked, to leave the training;
(f) if any additional guidelines and rules of conduct are introduced during the training or if any of these are modified in any way, I will be made aware of them and agree to adopt them immediately;
(g) if I, for whatever reason, am unhappy with any aspect of the training, or have any issue or concern that results from working with the content in this training, that I will commit to talking to and resolving the issue with Nicolle Beer and/or her assistant or other nominated person; and
(h) I agree to release and hold harmless Nicolle Beer and her assistants and organisers for the results of any part of the training in which I participate.
