Day 1, Session #1

  • Dymphna welcomes gives an overview of how this Cashflow USA Boot-Camp will unfold and then introduces Geraldine from Real Wealth Network and the other US Teams.
  • Dymphna invites Geraldine back on stage to share why particular areas and properties are recommend as well as the pitfalls to avoid, how to gauge value and what your managers need to know

Day 1, Session #2

  • Dymphna invites John and Geraldine back to talk about getting started in the US and having a goal of what you want to achieve  and learn all the helpful tips before you make arrangements to go to the US
  • You have to get market ready here in OZ and then set-up your suitable LLC or Ccorp structures “before” you select a suitable property. Then you get the info on what you need take with you when you go

Day 1, Session #3

  • Missy comes from Ohio and her company buys over 200 properties each year and gives a comprehensive overview of Ohio as an investment for Australian investors. Then Dymphna goes through the numbers including the ROI after all the expenses.
  • Geraldine goes through the same for Cleveland and then brings Claudia to share her experience with dealing with Real Wealth Network

Day 1, Session #4

  • Jacksonville is the next city that Geraldine goes through with her overview and analysis for Australian investors, then questions and answers are taken before Indianapolis and Kansas city is gone through.
  • TJ gets into the real estate of Pittsburg from the view point of a generational property investor whose family has been investing in real estate in over 90 years.

Day 2, Session #5

  • Geraldine shares how the US Property market has changed along with World Market Cycles as well as what the best strategies are for today as well as what your Lending capacity
  • Find out if the US is recession proof and how you can you choose the properties which are the safest bet Questions and answers are taken from all the US Team

Day 2, Session #6

  • Dymphna invites John back to talk about transferring funds and paying bills in the US and then goes into what is the right Structure you need to purchase property in the US
  • Clint then expands on lending, structures and then goes through  for US Property Investments, especially with how US Taxes work

Day 2, Session #7

  • .A quick overview of Australian structures before getting into the difference between a LLC and a CCORP is explained as US Structuring and how US Taxes work
  • Clint goes through how you set up your SMSF to use for investing in the US. This is a must session to really grasp the difference between how asset protection functions in both the US and Australia

Day 2, Session #8

  • Dymphna brings the US Team comes back onstage to share their final words and do a comparison
  • Gifts are given to the US Team and ‘Thankyou’s’ for sharing their Professional Knowledge before a final wrap up by Dymphna
