Hello Guys,

We have produced a sheet to assist you in documenting and tracking your property owning entities ( trustee / trust, companies and individual).
It is provided in 2 formats – An excel format for those who want to complete and store  it using their computer and a PDF version for those that
want a printed version for manual filing.

Use 1 sheet per property.

We have included 3 examples to show how to complete the document

Example 1
The property  is owned as Tenants in Common
1) ABC Pty Ltd  – 50%
2) XYZ Pty Ltd ATF The Smith Family Trust – 50%
The 2 shares for XYZ Pty Ltd are owned by The Piggy Bank Trust
The Directors of XYZ Pty Ltd are Fred & Alice Smith
The Appointers of The Smith Family Trust are Fred & Alice Smith
The trust is NOT registered for GST

Example 2
The commercial property is owned by  a Trust
1) XYZ Pty Ltd ATF The Smith Family Trust – 100%
The 2 shares for XYZ Pty Ltd are owned by The Piggy Bank Trust
The Directors of XYZ Pty Ltd are Fred & Alice Smith
The Appointers of The Smith Family Trust are Fred & Alice Smith
The trust is registered for GST
The ABN and TFN are those issued to the trustee for use on behalf of the Trust

Example 3

The property is owned  as Tenants in Common 
1) Fred Smith – 60%
2) Alice Smith – 20%
3) William Smith – 20%
The TFN\’s  are those issued to the individuals
